I am a Chicago based Costume Designer and have worked in the wardrobe departments of several well known Chicago theaters, feature films, and television shows. In my latest design endeavor, I've created a spin-off business, Ruth & Rudy, where I create fabric-based, environmentally sustainable handmade items.

 

I have a Bachelor Degree in Textiles, Apparel & Merchandising with a minor in Business, Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Northern Illinois University. The emphasis in my degree was in Social Entrepreneurship as well as Theater Studies with the focus in Costuming.
